The Danish Minister of Defense and Deputy Prime Minister Jakob Ellemann-Jensen from the party Venstre has taken leave.
This happens after he felt unwell last week and had to be examined at Rigshospitalet.
In consultation with his doctor, the minister has now chosen to take leave for a period, and will return when he is ready.
During the leave, Stephanie Lose will be at the head of the party Venstre’s organization and Minister of Economy Troels Lund Poulsen will also be acting Minister of Defence.
