Minister of Defense Jakob Ellemann-Jensen returned to the ministry today after a six-month sick leave due to stress.
“It felt absolutely right as I drove into the Ministry of Defense this morning, and it was good to greet my colleagues and get settled in again,” writes Jakob Ellemann-Jensen on his Facebook page.
Several tasks are awaiting the minister, one of which is the defense agreement with the new parliamentary group.
Troels Lund Poulsen, who served as acting Minister of Defense during Jakob Ellemann-Jensen’s leave, is returning to his position as Minister of Finance, and Stephanie Lohse, who was acting Minister of Finance, is returning to her position as Chairperson of the Regional Council in Region Syddanmark.
