
73-Year-Old Man Acquitted of Rape Charge, Convicted of Indecent Exposure and Assault
A 73-year-old man was acquitted of raping a family member under the age of 15 at the Frederiksberg Court on Wednesday.
This information was provided by the prosecution at the Copenhagen Police.
Instead, the man was found guilty of indecent exposure and assault.
The court sentenced the 73-year-old to 8 months in prison.
