Shooting in Copenhagen: Police Investigate, Suspect at Large

A person was shot on Thursday afternoon in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Police received the report of the shooting at 5:19 PM and quickly responded to the scene in Nyropsgade.

The victim has been taken to the hospital for treatment.

The victim is a 37-year-old man who was shot multiple times.

Early in the evening, the area around the crime scene was cordoned off as the police investigate the location more closely and secure evidence.

Copenhagen Police reports that a person was seen fleeing the scene on a scooter. The individual was wearing an orange jacket and had a blue bag of the type used for food delivery. The person is described as slim in build.

No individuals have been apprehended in connection with the case yet.
