
Ammonia Leak in Ice Rink
The Greater Copenhagen Fire Department (Hovedstadens Beredskab) and the police responded Tuesday morning to Ørestad Ice Rink in connection with an ammonia leak.
The building was evacuated and staff from the fire department’s chemical response stopped the leak and cleaned up. According to the emergency services, there was a minor spill from a leaky pipe in the building.
The police report that no one was injured, nor were the residents in the area in danger.
