Abused horses sexually – now a 44-year-old man is convicted
A 44-year-old man has been convicted of abusing two horses at a riding club in Holbæk.
This is reported by the local media outlet Holbaekonline.dk.
The case involved particularly severe animal cruelty, as the man engaged in sexual acts with two horses in September 2020 and August 2021, respectively. In one instance, the abuse was so violent that the horse had to be euthanized by a veterinarian afterward.
The 44-year-old was charged at the Holbæk Court and was sentenced to six months of unconditional imprisonment. Additionally, he was deprived of the right to keep animals for five years.
