33-Year-Old Man Sentenced to 4 Months for Non-Consensual Sexual Act

A 33-year-old man has been sentenced to four months in prison for rape involving a sexual act other than intercourse.
The verdict was issued on Wednesday at the Copenhagen City Court, as reported by the Prosecution Authority of the Copenhagen Police.
The 33-year-old was convicted of, in July of this year, inserting his fingers into the vagina of a woman with whom he had a prior relationship, but without her consent, at a nightclub.
The convicted individual appealed the verdict immediately.
