15-year-old charged with attempted murder – already in custody for possession of firearms
A 15-year-old boy from Sweden, who is already in custody for possession of two firearms, has been charged with attempted murder.
This was reported by the Copenhagen Police.
The attempted murder took place on the night of April 16 at an address in Brøndby. However, since there were no people in the area as expected, the murder did not occur. The 15-year-old was arrested the day after in the Northwest district of Copenhagen. He was subsequently taken into custody.
The 15-year-old was presented in court on Wednesday morning at the Frederiksberg Court for a preliminary hearing in the attempted murder case. He pleads not guilty.
In the same case, a 59-year-old man was remanded in custody for 28 days following a closed-door preliminary hearing yesterday. The 59-year-old man is also charged with attempted murder.
