Silver for Anne-Marie Rindom
Anne-Marie Rindom secured the Olympic silver medal in sailing in Ilca6 on Wednesday.
This happened with a day’s delay due to a lack of wind. Rindom managed to sail herself into 2nd place before the 10th race was cancelled – and the gold was out of reach, so there wasn’t much excitement before the final race.
Bronze went to Norwegian Line Flem Høst and the gold was won by Marit Bouwmeester from the Netherlands.
