Handball: Olympic Bronze for Denmark
The Danish women’s national team wins bronze at the Olympic Games.
On Saturday morning, the Danes played the bronze match against Sweden in Lille.
Denmark took the lead from the start and at halftime, Denmark was ahead 15-13.
After halftime, Denmark maintained the lead, and the game ended with a score of 30-25, securing the bronze for the Danish women’s handball team.
Incidentally, these are the first Olympic medals for Danish women’s handball in 20 years.
