
Young woman convicted of endorsing Hamas’ attack
A 19-year-old woman has been sentenced to five months of suspended prison for endorsing the terrorist attack carried out by Hamas on October 7th last year.
The verdict was delivered on Thursday in the Copenhagen District Court.
The woman’s endorsement took place during a demonstration at Christiansborg on November 9th, 2023.
In the presence of several journalists, the woman stated, among other things, that she was not angry about the attack, but that she was “mega happy” that Hamas made that decision.
The woman has 14 days to decide whether to appeal the case to the appeals court.
