Two men remanded in custody for knife attack outside nightclub
Two men have been remanded in custody, accused of grievous bodily harm in connection with a knife attack in Aarhus at the end of August.
They are accused of stabbing a 25-year-old man multiple times in the alley behind a nightclub on Store Torv in the early hours of August 31st.
Police received reports of the stabbing at 2:49 am, and several patrols were immediately dispatched to the scene. The 25-year-old was subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment but was not in critical condition.
The two accused men are 27 and 28 years old, respectively. They were both arrested Wednesday morning at addresses in Esbjerg.
Thursday morning, they were brought before a court in Aarhus behind closed doors due to ongoing investigations. Both men were remanded in custody for four weeks. They both requested time to consider appealing the decision to the appellate court.
