Arrested individuals released after shooting incident
Three individuals who were arrested after a shooting in Værløse on Saturday have been released on Sunday.
According to Netavisen Sjælland, North Zealand Police informed that they were released because “the suspicion against them was not strong enough for a presentation (in a court hearing).”
According to Ekstrabladet.dk, the individuals include a 31-year-old gunshot victim, a 21-year-old man, and a 29-year-old man.
Police are still searching for the perpetrators.
Shot in the stomach
The shooting incident took place on Saturday afternoon on Læssevej in Værløse, where shots were fired at the car the victim was in from another vehicle.
Subsequently, the victim was brought to Rigshospitalet in critical condition for treatment.
North Zealand Police states that the initial investigation indicates that the shooting is part of an internal conflict between individuals associated with the criminal environment, without providing further details.
