On Monday and Tuesday, the police have been searching for a possible buried infant in the Anlægget area in Slagelse.

This was reported by the South Zealand and Lolland-Falster Police, who also stated that on Monday morning they received information that an infant may have been buried, but extensive investigations in the area have not yielded any results yet.

“We are concerned that there may be a woman in need of help. We need to verify whether an infant has been buried in the area while also seeking information that can lead us to the woman in question. Therefore, we are now appealing to citizens,” said police inspector Kim Kliver.

The police are urging citizens who may have relevant information about potentially involved individuals or who have noticed anything unusual in or around the Anlægget area within the last 14 days to contact the police. The police can be reached at the phone number 114.
