Isolated incident
“There is no reason to be concerned for other citizens in the local area. It is our immediate understanding that this is an isolated incident,” says detective chief inspector Theis Thylstrup from the Midt- and Vestjyllands Police.
Asking for public assistance
The detective chief inspector is asking for help from the public:
“We still have several investigative steps to take. Among other things, we need to track the movements of a stolen 2004 Opel Corsa throughout the course of the day. Therefore, we hope that there are citizens out there who have seen the car parked in an unusual location or in some way have noticed this vehicle during the day on Monday. If you have, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you at phone number 114,” says the detective chief inspector.
Citizens who have seen the gray 2004 Opel Corsa displaying suspicious behavior, such as parking in a different manner, driving recklessly, or in some other way standing out from the norm between 10:40-19:50 on Monday, December 30, 2024, somewhere in the Midt- and Vestjyske area, are asked to contact the police at phone number 114, where they can be registered and later called by an investigator.
