Young woman killed – 27-year-old man arrested

A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a 24-year-old woman in a “family relationship.”

This information was provided by North Jutland Police, who at 08:31 received a report of a lifeless woman on Nørregade in Farsø.

“After receiving the report, we quickly arrived at the address, where we found a lifeless 24-year-old woman. Despite extensive first aid efforts, the 24-year-old woman passed away shortly after arriving at the hospital. We cannot go into detail about what happened at the scene yet, but we are investigating it as a homicide case. In this connection, we have arrested a person who was at the address. We can confirm that there is a family relationship between the arrested person and the deceased, but cannot provide further details at this time.”

The arrested individual is a 27-year-old man who was apprehended at 08:55.

The relatives of the 24-year-old woman have been notified, the police state.
