Warning about severe weather: Heavy rain and local cloudbursts

The Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) has on Friday evening issued a Category 1 warning – severe weather – which applies, among others, to the entire Zealand, Lolland-Falster, and Møn regions, and thus also includes Copenhagen and the capital area.
DMI expects between 25 and 35 mm of rain over 6 hours, and there is a risk of local cloudbursts with more than 15 mm in 30 minutes.
The warning is valid from Friday evening at 10:00 PM until Saturday at 9:00 AM.
Risk of heavy rain and cloudbursts in eastern Jutland
Another area of rain and thunder showers forms over the eastern part of Jutland during Saturday morning with a risk of heavy rain and local cloudbursts. The intense showers appear to weaken in intensity from late afternoon.
