Thief Steals Bag, Apprehended at Burger Bar

Early Wednesday morning, a man contacted the police and reported that his bag had been stolen at a hostel near City Hall Square.
The man traced his credit card to a burger bar, where the responding patrol was able to apprehend a 37-year-old Romanian man who was in possession of the bag, credit cards, and recently acquired food.
