Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday.
This was confirmed by Zelensky himself on the social media platform X.
He writes, among other things:
“We discussed the importance of unity and solidarity in Europe in dealing with global security challenges and threats to all Europeans.”
“We also talked about strengthening the bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Northern Europe, as well as joint efforts to bring a fair and lasting peace closer.”
In his message on X, he concludes with the words, “I thank Denmark and the Danish people for their unconditional support to Ukraine and our people.”
