
Man convicted of two counts of rape
A 35-year-old Brazilian man was convicted on Monday of two counts of rape.
This is stated by the Prosecutor’s Office at the Copenhagen Police.
The victim was an acquaintance of the 35-year old. The 35-year-old used violence during both rapes.
The 35-year-old was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison and deported from Denmark with an entry ban for 12 years.
The judgment was handed down at Københavns Byret.
